Freedom & the Fourth

Happy Birthday week to America and Happy Fourth of July to this amazing TRIBE.

I was explaining to my three year old what we were celebrating when she called it “fireworks day” and I had a thought about freedom…

Isn’t it crazy how explaining things to our kids can serve as our own wake up call?

How many of us are in spaces where freedom no longer exists?

I’m not getting political here, I promise.

But I’ll ask:

  1. Where do you feel chained right now? To a title, job, team, table, or career that no longer fits?

  2. How many of us are burnt out, counting down the minutes until the end of the day, wishing away time and hoping “it’ll get better”?

I’ve been there. That’s a big part of why I wrote Unapologetic.

Inside, I talk about time, leadership, and choosing the seat at the right table.

I don’t hold back from sharing the spaces that didn’t serve me.

So as you celebrate this week, ask yourself:

  • Are your sacrifices worth it?

  • Does your life reflect your purpose?

  • Are you living free, or just “off work”?

If you answered “No” to any of these questions, I would encourage you to dig deeper as to where you feel things are going wrong.

If you’re not sure where to start…

  1. Unapologetic launches this August and we walk through all of this together.

  2. Download the “5 Questions to Reclaim Your Freedom” HERE!

  3. Take it one step further: hop on a call with me.

Let’s get you to your version of free!

Because you’re worth it. You always have been.

Big hugs & love,

Cassy

P.S. The one thing I won't take for granted is the luxury we have to CHOOSE this conversation. And it’s what we celebrate today. Freedom isn’t free, and it always comes at a cost.
