The box that changed everything…

The First Look at Unapologetic

This week was a circus. 

Sick kids. House projects. A packed work week.

Our routine? Fully off the rails.

And then, this box showed up. 

A box that meant absolutely nothing to my UPS driver, but meant everything to me.

And I let it sit.

Because…why this week? 

It came way earlier than planned.

No notice. No big moment. Just here.

I almost opened it. 

Without any intentionality. 

Without anyone else beside me. 

Without much time for celebration. 

I almost cut the tape. 

But then I didn’t. 

And because I get by with a little help from my friends, I realized I was going to gift myself with my own celebration. 

Most of us:

Stuff our own stockings.

Bake our own cakes. 

& yes, plan our own parties. 

So with no shame in my game, I did just that.

I threw myself exactly what I would’ve done (without a second thought) for a friend: A moment worth remembering.

I popped bottles and cut the tape. 

Because it’s here y’all.

And it’s Unapologetically perfect. 

I cannot wait for you to be able to hold her too because she looks & feels pretty darn good 🎉

Show up for yourself as Unapologetically as you do for everyone else.
