Your potential has a ceiling

I've been noticing something in the people around me lately. Talented people winning. And equally talented people stuck.

Stuck looks different for everyone. Some are stuck in the same self-doubt. Some are stuck in the same place, too comfortable to move. And some, worst of all, are stuck going below the line to get ahead.

The hard truth I shared on a coaching call this last week that I want to share with you is: our potential is capped by our circle. No matter how much talent you have.

You can be the most talented. The most driven. The most aspirational. And you still won't win if you aren't careful…

Careful about who you surround yourself with. Careful who you partner with. Careful who you seek advice from.

Because the people closest to us shape what we believe is possible, long before we ever realize they're doing it. Belief multiplies.

That's why BELONG is the first step of my Unapologetic Transformation Sequence. Before Believe. Before Build. Before Boldness. Before Boundaries. We start with the room…

The people, relationships, and circles you say yes to right now will make the greatest impact on your life. Whether you mean for them to or not.

So maybe the question isn't just who do I want to become.

Maybe it's: am I in a room that makes becoming that person possible?

So this week, take a look at the rooms you're standing in.

Which ones make you believe bigger?

Which ones make you play smaller?

And what's one move you can make toward a room that reminds you what's possible?

Big hugs & so much love,

Cassy
