Where’s the happy happening?

Love ‘em Down isn’t just one of my favorite chapters from Unapologetic… it’s how I choose to live.

It’s this belief that when we lead with consistent love, kindness, and intention, something changes.

People start to shift. They begin to show you pieces of themselves that the world doesn’t always get to see.

I always picture it like the Grinch… after time with Cindy Lou Who.

A little softer. A little more open. A little more themselves.

That’s what happens when you Love ‘em Down.

And this week… I’ve been surrounded by it in the smallest, sweetest ways.

A community rallying around someone they don’t even know.
My daughter praying out loud for a specific friend, without being asked.
My neighbor scooping up my stubborn, dramatic, very-loved rescue dog and carrying her home when my hands were full.
A response to a text I didn’t think I’d actually get.

Nothing big. Nothing flashy.
But somehow… everything.

And here’s what got me…

The more I noticed these moments, the more they showed up.

Once my eyes were open to it, this week in particular, I couldn’t unsee it.

Kindness has been everywhere… just waiting to be acknowledged.

So now I’m curious…

Where’s the happy happening for you right now?

Where are those small, unexpected moments of kindness showing up in your life?

And if you really start looking… do they multiply? Because I have a feeling they do. And maybe that’s the point.

Maybe what we notice… we create more of.

The world doesn’t need more noise. It needs more of this.

More small moments.
More open hearts.
More people choosing, on purpose, to Love ‘em Down.
